Royal Smushi Cafe in the heart of Copenhagen combines Danish food and Danish design in a feminine, yet, humorous atmosphere.

The walls are decorated with portraits and wall paintings with a twist of humour. The interior is designed by Danish design icons like Holmegaard, Bang and Olufsen, and Fritz Hansen.

On the menu, you will find smushi, a Danish open faced sandwich prepared in sushi size.

There are also other Danish classics like “rød grød med fløde” - a red berry pudding with cream - and "æblekage" - similar to apple charlotte – on the menu.

The coffee and the tea are of the finest quality and are carefully selected by owner and coffee expert, Rud Christiansen.
