The Frederikssund archaeological settlement is a historically accurate, reconstructed village showing how the Vikings worked, rested and played. Sunken houses, a jetty for Viking ships and a longhouse. Open all year round. Admission free. Bifrost, the Viking handicraft group, enlivens the settlement during certain weekends in the summer months. Guided tours.Ask at the Tourist Information Centre.
