Venø Church - Struer

Venø Church, the smallest church in Denmark, was built in the middle of the 16th century. In 1750 Venø got its first priest who also was the island’s teacher.

Venø Church had been renovated twice. The latest finished in 2016. The church and the cemetery are the most visited place on Venø. In the porch is a description of the church and its history. At the entrance you will find a QR-code for a podcast about the church, told by the islander (In Danish) (App: Soundmap).
